The Sequent Information Systems SMS notification program sends internal operational SMS notifications to authorized employees, or other approved internal recipients. This SMS program is not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional messaging.
Messages may include internal operational messages, including system alerts, service notifications, and other company operational communications.
Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Messages are sent only when operational events, alerts, incidents, outages, maintenance events, security notifications, or escalation conditions occur.
Message and data rates may apply.
Use of this SMS notification program is subject to Sequent Information Systems internal policies and operational procedures.
To stop receiving SMS messages from this program, reply STOP to a message. After opting out, no further SMS messages should be sent from this program to that mobile number unless the recipient is re-enrolled through an authorized internal process.

Sequent Information Systems operates an internal SMS notification program for company operational alerts. This program is intended only for Sequent Information Systems employees or other authorized internal recipients. Sequent Information Systems does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for this SMS program is used only to deliver internal operational SMS notifications and administer this internal alerting program.
SMS delivery may be processed through service providers used to operate the messaging program. Those providers may process message data only as needed to provide SMS delivery, opt-out handling, logging, and related messaging services.
Recipients may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Opt-out processing may be handled by the SMS service provider. Recipients may request help by replying HELP, or by contacting Sequent Information Systems directly.
